I prefer that you always provide your name when sending me email. You need only fill in your email address if you want a response. The subject is optional (default is "[sent via web form]" if you do not supply one). You may send links, stories, suggestions, questions, or anything else that a text-only email may allow because I have no power to control you. All the same, you have no power over whether or not I respond (but I always do).
